This position is a part of our Distribution team. This team focuses on building and sustaining our proprietary warehouse management systems which are deployed to Expeditors' branches around the world.
The Support Specialist II will be a member of the IS Operational Experience Distribution ART. The individual will support the EDMS and migrated Distribution systems by:
Deploying and installing software to corporate and global branch serversDocumenting dataflow process improvements, new procedures, and troubleshooting methods.Maintaining accurate and complete documentation.Providing support during and after normal business hoursExtensive debugging/error log researchWork with multiple support teams to address urgent Distribution support issuesThis position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Additional InformationExpected base salary: $78,000 to $105,000
