**J** **ob title** – Supply Planner **Location** – Singapore **Job model** – Hybrid The Supply Chain Planner will oversee the inventory of in-house manufactured & 3rd parties’ materials, guaranteeing optimal inventory levels and taking proactive measures to identify and address potential supply risks within the regional and local distribution centers. This pivotal role involves strategic engagement with the global production and distribution network to fulfill regional requirements, streamlining internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve the regional & local supply chain objectives. **Your key responsibilities** + Inventory Management & Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels across the region (Singapore, Japan, Thailand), monitor stock, analyze anomalies, and drive inventory targets while minimizing obsolescence and damages. + Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure timely replenishment, manage shipment logistics, and resolve supply chain disruptions. + 3PL & Order Fulfillment Management: Establish and oversee inventory management processes with third-party logistics providers, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and resolve customer order issues. + Reporting & Analysis: Generate and update reports (including Power BI dashboards), conduct root cause analysis, and participate in inventory governance meetings to align sales and supply plans. + Lead the Reconciliation process and Inventory Governance meetings to align sales plan and supply capability with the aim to narrow the gap between supply and demand, driving actions to achieve inventory targets. + Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support: Act as the primary point of contact for supply-related topics, collaborate with sales, commercial, customer care, and other teams, and contribute to planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **We offer** + **Unique career paths across health, nutrition and beauty** - explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen. + **A chance to impact millions of consumers every day** – sustainability embedded in all we do. + **A science led company, cutting edge research and creativity everywhere** – from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers, you’ll work on what’s next. + **Growth that keeps up with you** – you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership. + **A culture that lifts you up** – with collaborative teams, shared wins, and people who cheer each other on. + **A community where your voice matters** – it is essential to serve our customers well. **You bring** + Bachelor of equivalent experience in business administration or other supply chain management related field. + At least 5 years of SCM activities, planning methods and import clearance process. + Familiarity with SAP system, ECC, IBP and APO. + Demonstrated statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills using various software and tools. + Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain Management concepts and procedures e.g. MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, OTIF (On Time In Full) + Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Everyangle and dashboards. **About dsm-firmenich** At dsm-firmenich, we don’t just meet expectations – we go beyond them.
