The role is responsible for leading teams on New Product Introduction, Operations, and Technology projects, including developing new products and setting up manufacturing lines globally. Job ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be:
Define project objectives, project scope, roles, responsibilities Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities Manage delivery of the project according to plan Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders Manage and adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or budget Identify and mitigate potential risks Manage relationships and communication with team and stakeholders Background & Skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production of electro-mechanical assemblies and new product introduction to Supply Chain and Operations including leading cross-functional projects within the constraints of ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems. In lieu of bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience, master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production of electro-mechanical assemblies and new product introduction to Supply Chain and Operations including leading cross-functional projects within the constraints of ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems. 2 years experience with project execution methods (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
