Job DescriptionActively engaged with suppliers and supply chainsAble to analyze supplier capacity and supplier investment requestsAbility to accurately assess supplier weaknesses and provide solutionsMonitor high risk supplier development issues to prevent crisis Drive and develop supplier problem solving techniques for identified supplier fault issuesFix and develop supplier production systems and processesDrive supplier operational excellenceSet focused priorities to reach objectives

QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMajor in engineering or business management or supply chain management preferredSupply chain (quality and development) and/or production experiencePreferably experience from the automotive or heavy commercial truck industry in supplier quality and capacity, manufacturing engineering, supplier development or crisis managementStrong problem solving, communication and teamwork skillsStrong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervisionAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer focused mindset, dedicated to meet external and internal customer expectationsDesire to work in a collaborative team towards a common purposeStrong integrity and creativityFlexibility and preparedness to travel with short notice
