Job DescriptionSupport for pre-sourcing, technical discussion, process release and safe launch of new project.Responsible for onsite root cause analyze of supplier quality problems, and follow up the improvement actions at suppliers.Responsible for supplier quality continuous improvement programs.

QualificationsUniversity degree in mechanical-electronic area or related field;More than 2-5 years working experiences in Automotive/consumer Industry;Knowledge of  plastic injection/tooling/resin, assemble process etc. manufacture process;Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers;Proactive and structured working style and ability to work under pressure;Good language skills in English (writing, speaking, negotiation)
