Supervisor de Produccion

Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Resideo's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Resideo production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. Deliver on strong site health, safety and environmental performance every day. Drive the application of work processes and standards to ensure high production quality and productivity. Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to balance your team's capacity with prioritized activities. 

JOB DUTIES:
 

Ensure compliance with the daily and weekly production schedule. Prepare and present the daily production report during cross-functional meetings. Lead or co-lead at least one root cause analysis per week and ensure follow-up on action items from continuous improvement meetings. Spend approximately 80% of work time on the production floor, supporting operations and driving performance. Provide support to the ROE (Rules of Excellence) implementation team. Monitor hourly performance metrics such as Overall Assembly (OA) and test yields, taking immediate action on deviations. Ensure adherence to standardized work processes by frontline leaders and randomly confirm operator compliance. Verify production areas remain organized and clean; ensure leaders take corrective action on 5S deviations. Monitor and ensure compliance with operational rules such as the “3-5-10” rule. Conduct a daily walkthrough at the start of the shift to evaluate production lines and assign labor based on attendance. Review direct labor assignment each morning and recommend overtime needs by the fifth hour of the shift. Promote cross-training within the team; ensure a minimum of two certified operators per workstation. Report any workplace incidents or accidents immediately to relevant departments. Submit weekly reports on absenteeism and turnover within assigned areas.



YOU MUST HAVE:
 

Availability to work on 2nd shift (afternoon/evening schedule). Proficient in English (spoken and written communication is valued). 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or similar role within the electronic manufacturing industry. Proven experience leading or participating in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to innovate, engage team members, and drive performance.
