Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day planning and routing of customer deliveries and supplier collections.Build, develop, and implement efficient delivery routes.Continuously improve and manage routing setups to ensure efficient performance.Deliver lean improvements within the department.Support in managing a team of drivers and coordinating transport schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations.Provide a high standard of customer service.Serve as a crucial point of contact for transportation-related inquiries and issues.Report directly to the Transportation Manager.

RequirementsProven experience in transportation or shipping roles.Outstanding organisational and planning skills.Strong ability to build and implement efficient delivery routes.Experience managing and supporting teams.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.Excellent communication skills to handle customer service inquiries.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Transportation Manager CPC
