_Well, then you might be our new Billund-based Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) Student Worker!_
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Regularly review performance with app and affiliate agencies, align on optimisation and action plans.
+ Support in rollout of performance marketing and app store optimisation testing plans to improve conversion rates.
+ Support on budget management.
+ Manage marketing asset creation and sharing for performance marketing and CRM.
+ Drive brand catalogue print deliveries ensuring stakeholder needs and input is included

DCE Marketing connects with global audiences through inclusive and compelling marketing strategies, cemented in data driven insights, to promote growth and scale within our digital ecosystem. Acquiring new users, retaining existing users and reengaging lapsed users with our owned channels and communities, positively influencing brand affinity and increasing consumer lifetime value.
We work in partnership with our DCE colleagues, our markets & regions to build our digital experiences, franchises and the LEGO® brand.
This role will support our Senior Acquisition Lead with a focus on the day-to-day management of our App Acquisition.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker
+ Strong communicator working with a wide range of stakeholders
+ Great attention to detail
+ An interest in digital marketing and specifically performance marketing and acquisition
+ Adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude ready to take on challenges
+ English at fluent level is required as this is the standard office language
