What You’ll Do:Welcome and assist students, ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.Plan and coordinate student intakes and arrival eventsResolve student issues and deliver great customer experienceReception duties, handling student inquiries and assisting them.Support the team by organizing themed activities, running breaks, and creating a positive social atmosphere.Maintain a tidy, professional reception and school area and share emergency phone duties on a rota.Details:Positions available for approximately 8-12 weeks from May to  August.Full-time, 6-day-per-week contracts.Who You Are:Outgoing, organized, and a customer-focused individual.Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to thrive in a high-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Positive, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure students and staff have an exceptional experience.Have the right to live and work in Malta.Any other language proficiency is welcomed !Why EF?Develop customer service, organizational, and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.Work with a dynamic team and interact with students from around the world, making every day different and rewarding.A chance to boost your CV by gaining experience with a global company and create lasting memories.At EF, we believe in opening the world through education.
