Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As a Streaming Data Platform Engineer you will play a key role in designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures to ensure scalable and resilient applications. The impact you will make in this role• Microservices: Design and implement microservices using AWS Lambda.• Event-Driven Architecture: Develop event-driven solutions using AppSync and MSK.• Event Patterns: Implement and manage event patterns for system communication.• Scalability: Ensure applications are scalable and resilient.• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end and back-end developers.• Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests.• Documentation: Document technical decisions and approaches. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: • Experience: Experience in microservices and event-driven architecture development.• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Language: Advanced proficiency in English• Advanced Event-Driven Solutions: Familiarity with advanced event-driven architecture patterns and tools.• Scalability: Proven track record of designing scalable and resilient systems.• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.• Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
