Job Title: Strategic Product Integration ManagerLocation: Dublin/Malta/Hybrid/Remote within the EU
Department: Product Strategy & Development
Reports to: Head of Product, EuropeKey Responsibilities
Integration Mapping: Conduct a detailed assessment of product overlap, capability gaps, and integration opportunities across card acquiring and alternative payment services.
Strategic Planning: Develop and own a product integration roadmap for the region, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including commercial, technology, risk, and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact between local teams and global stakeholders to ensure integration plans are aligned with commercial objectives.
Opportunity Sizing: Identify areas where local market nuances or regulatory requirements may justify new investment or bespoke solutions.
Product Governance: Support internal alignment and decision-making processes, particularly around product prioritisation and sunset strategies.
Change Management: Assist with internal and external communications to manage change across teams, customers, and partners.
About YouProven experience in product strategy, product management, or integration roles within the payments, fintech, or financial services sectors.
Strong understanding of European acquiring, with particular exposure to regulated verticals like Gambling and high-volume Enterprise environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across senior levels.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset; able to zoom out and see the big picture but also dive into detail when needed.
Experience working in a post-M&A context or within a multi-brand environment is a strong plus.
