About Kerry About the role

The Strategic Pricing Lead role is part of the Pricing and Margin Management function in Southeast Asia. This role supports pricing and margin management in Indonesia, ensuring accurate product costing and competitive pricing aligned with market conditions and Kerry’s value proposition, while safeguarding profitability through close collaboration with commercial teams.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reporting to: Finance Business Partner for Indonesia

Key responsibilities Manages pricing and product costing for key customers in Indonesia. Ensures margin protection and alignment with market dynamics and Kerry’s value proposition. Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to the Indonesian market. Collaborate with commercial sales teams to ensure competitive and value-based pricing. Monitor and safeguard margin management principles across customer accounts. Support strategic initiatives and key customer negotiations with financial insights. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Expertise in pricing strategy and product costing. Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate dynamic market conditions and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications and skills Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Pricing, Product Costing, Margin Management, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Operations Finance Relevant Pricing, Product Costing and Margin Management experience within FMCG / Manufacturing industry is an added advantage SAP expertise/knowledge is beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Office (advance Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) A team player and a relationship builder with strong communications skills in English and Indonesian to work with multiple background stakeholders Strong attention to detail is critical Comfortable with autonomy and proactive in approach Results & solutions driven, able to challenge the status quo and drives improvement Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines and to recognize & drive improvement and standardization of processes Comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to dynamic work environment
