DuPont Interconnect Solutions has an opening for a Strategic Growth Leader in the Advanced Circuit and Packaging (ACP) Business.

ACP is the leading material supplier for Semiconductor Advanced Packaging, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Industrial Plating industry. Our integrated solutions on metallization, photoresist and conductive adhesives equipped us to resolve customers’ challenges on miniaturization, product reliability and complicated circuit and packaging design. We aim to be a one-stop powerhouse of advanced interconnect solutions and provide total solution to electronic industry.

This position will lead the implementation of Merge and Acquisition analysis, CAPEX process, competitive tracking, external grant management and ad-hoc strategic projects. The role will act as a liaison between functions to accelerate decision making and alignment among functional stakeholders and responsible for business growth. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in strategy, marketing, or business management. You must be a creative and results-driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional taskforce and act as the central contact for key business decision making.

Primary responsibilities include:

CAPEX Planning and Management: Develop and oversee capital expenditure budgets, analyze project feasibility, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.M&A Analysis and Execution: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential mergers and acquisitions, including valuation analysis and integration planning.Competitive Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.Grant Management: Manage and oversee external grant applications and funding opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, strategic recommendations, and progress on initiatives.Flexible to take ad-hoc assignments critical to business growth.

Job Requirement and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’ degree in Science & Engineering or related fields; MBA is highly preferredExperience: 5+ years of experience in strategy, marketing or business roles, such as strategic planning, business management or sales and marketing with global work experience, in a related industry (e.g. Electronics, Automotive) Prior working experience in a material company is highly preferred.Skills:Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation skills to inform decision-making Detail-oriented and data-driven; ability to extract insights out of complicated matrix and dataProject management expertise; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results. Excellence communication skills, developing and delivering strategic messaging to internal and external stakeholders and interpersonal skills, stakeholder managementSelf-motivated and self-sufficient; Possess an encouraging, can-do attitudeStrong interpersonal skills and ability to develop productive collaboration across varying functions
