About the role

As a member of the Global Footwear Merchandising team, you will report to the Global Footwear Merchandiser. Your role will be to participate in the merchandising and strategic development of the Footwear category in line with business and brand strategy.

Tasks

Participate in the planning and execution of the global footwear GTM strategy in line with the brand's annual business planAssist in the implementation of go-to-market plans to ensure category consistency and attractiveness at global levelHelp develop 360° GTM plan and toolkit in close collaboration with the various teams: Global Product, Global marketing and Regional MerchandisingPrepare reporting and sell in / sell out analysisLead the competitive intelligence on marketplace & competitive environment Support operational Merchandising data management in key interfaces Profile Graduated from a business school or equivalentA successful experience in a fashion and/or Sport leisure company or agency would be a plusVery good level of English (written, spoken)Proficiency in office software (PPT, Excel, Word)Thoroughness, excellent organizational skills and good interpersonal skillsAutonomy and initiativeTeam spirit and versatilitySensitivity to sneakers and their market/ecosystem Equal opportunities At Lacoste, we are committed to making equal opportunities a reality.
