**Job Description**
Come work as a Staff Program Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. for the Developer Experience Center of Excellence (DevEx CoE) – a collaborative effort to drive the future of how we build software by removing barriers to productivity, fostering collaboration, and accelerating innovation .
What Will You Do?
Lead transformation in software development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, focusing on compliance, audit readiness, speed, security, and quality.
**SDLC Program Ownership & Optimization**
+ Serve as the process owner, responsible for maintaining a standardized SDLC framework.
+ Partner with engineering leaders to balance standardization with team autonomy.
**Compliance and Audit Readiness**
+ Ensure SDLC processes meet regulatory standards.
+ Coordinate with Quality teams to align SDLC execution with policy principles.
+ Own the audit readiness roadmap, ensuring all artifacts are inspection-ready.
**Developer Experience Enablement and Measurement Reporting**
+ Establish engagement models for SDLC mentorship and tools.
+ Build continuous feedback loops to address real challenges faced by developers.
+ Build dashboards to track SDLC performance and inform improvement efforts.
+ Provide regular updates to senior leadership on adoption, compliance, and efficiency gains.
**Talent Development & Community Building**
+ Advocate for SDLC and lead change among engineering, quality, and IT teams.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
+ Develop training programs to upskill engineering teams on new SDLC processes and tools.
How Will You Get Here?
**Education Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Advanced degree (MBA or MS or equivalent experience) preferred.
+ PMP or similar certification preferred.
**Experience**
+ 8+ years in program management or engineering leadership roles.
+ Experience in SDLC implementation in regulated industries.
+ Proven track record in compliance initiatives.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Expert understanding of SDLC models and tools.
+ Proven expertise in CSV practices and regulatory compliance.
+ Familiarity with traceability matrices and audit documentation.
+ Strong leadership and change management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global organization.
