They are responsible for providing world-class customer service and support for lab operations and contribute to our broader workplace team. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong partnerships and provide exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of a lab environment. **What You’ll Do:** + Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace operational needs within lab spaces, proactively identifying and addressing requirements. + Act as a key liaison with the Workplace Operations and Facilities teams to coordinate lab maintenance, repairs, installations, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. + Communicate with vendors, assisting with scheduling and performance monitoring. + Provide advanced support for the Jira ticketing system, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of workplace issues across multiple locations, including labs. + Contribute to the successful execution of larger events at headquarters office, providing additional on-site support and coordination. + Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. + Provide support for the team as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care. + Create customized client materials, playbooks and SOPs. + Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. + Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in your own work area without supervisory approval. + Evaluate and select solutions from established options. + Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. + Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance. + Working onsite in San Francisco 5-days to support lab operations, limited local travel may be required. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. + Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. + Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Workplace Operations Coordinator position is $34 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $36 per hour.
