The Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk (RBKS) Camera & Imaging team is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our image quality development and delivery ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures - and driving strategic solutions to enhance image quality across our camera and doorbell product portfolio.
As a Sr TPM, you will excel at solving ambiguous, complex challenges and proactively mitigating risks before they become roadblocks. You will be a highly autonomous, data-driven leader, regularly reviewing metrics and seeking new mechanisms to enhance visibility. Importantly, you will also ensure your program efforts stay tightly aligned with the organization's overarching imaging strategy and long-term innovation roadmap.
This role requires exceptional program management skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will aiding in NPI and NTI development while building a culture of continuous improvement.

- Lead complex imaging programs and third-party relationships to deliver best-in-class image quality
- Decompose ambiguous, complex problems into streamlined solutions that improve our imaging capabilities and time-to-market
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, demonstrating solid judgment in determining when to escalate issues
- Review relevant metrics and seek out new mechanisms to enhance program visibility and decision-making
- Ensure initiatives remain tightly aligned with the organization's imaging strategy and customer experience goals
- Communicate complex program plans, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership
- Foster consensus and alignment across teams to drive coherent, scalable approaches to imaging challenges
- Drive imaging quality improvements as part of the global Ring imaging team
A day in the life
A typical day for TPMs in the Camera & Imaging team begins with engineering team communications and project updates. They handle ad-hoc requests, make swift decisions, maintain documentation, and navigate changing priorities.
Throughout the day, TPMs manage project schedules and risk registers while coordinating with third-party vendors on tuning progress. They prepare status reports for senior management, maintain various documentation types, and facilitate decision-making while keeping detailed decision logs.
TPMs regularly review team artifacts and metrics to assess progress toward delivery targets. Their day concludes with cross-functional meetings and global collaboration sessions.
