As a Senior Technical Program Manager software engineer in the Alexa Devices team, you will help drive innovation by delivery features that present innovative speech-backed visuals on our Echo Show, Echo Spot, and similar screened Alexa devices.

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and deliver experiences for our Alexa devices.

- Build solutions that reach millions of new customers all over the world, providing them innovative Alexa experiences
- Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements
- Lead cross-functional development efforts on new technologies and features with considerable customer impact, from design to delivery
- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, victories, risks and quality
- Dive deep into architecture, engineering and integration decisions and timelines with dependency teams
- Manage prioritization and tradeoffs against customer experience and time to market.
- Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success.
