This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation supply chain operations and investments. What You’ll Do: + Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. + Develop and implement supply chain models to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory management. + Create tailored supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. + Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity. + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. + Design and optimize supply chain networks, including distribution centers, transportation routes, and inventory locations to improve service levels and reduce costs. + Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients on supply chain performance and network design initiatives. + Lead projects aimed at process improvement, network optimization, and efficiency enhancement. + Utilize advanced analytics tools and software to support decision-making and strategic planning related to network design. + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. What You’ll Need: + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Relations or a related field; Master’s preferred. + 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, network design, or related roles. + Experience in Consultancy Companies (Ex. Big Four) is highly desirable + Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and network optimization software. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Knowledge of supply chain methodologies, best practices, and network design principles.
