Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking  an innovative colleague to join our Digitalization & Data Management team. You will develop and implement AI models into our systems and work with diverse AI technologies, understand our complex business needs and translate them into powerful AI solutions. If you have strong proficiency in machine learning, a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms and familiarity with AI technologies and platforms along with good leadership and management skills, you would be the ideal candidate.

Your tasks

Develop AI Strategies: Create and implement AI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and implement AI use cases that bring value to the businessAI Community & Training: Establish an AI-savvy community with business and IT people and create training programs that further promote the utilization of AI within the business functionsProject Management: Lead AI project teams and coordinate with other departments for successful AI deploymentIntegration & Tooling: Ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies with existing software and hardware platforms by closely collaborating with our corporate IT functionsOptimization: Monitor the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments for optimal functionalityCollaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT and software development teams to transform machine learning models into production-level codeDocumentation: Develop and maintain documentation for AI integrations, including technical design documents, reports and manualsCompliance: Ensure all AI operations adhere to ethical guidelines and compliance regulationsRisk Management: Identify and manage opportunities and risks associated with AI deployments

Who we are looking for

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification – HTL/FH/(Technical) UniversityExcellent knowledge about the architecture and application of common AI technology stacks, such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI FoundryProficiency in machine learning, data structures, algorithms and various AI technologies and platformsAbility to address issues related to AI applications in a timely and effective mannerKnowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for data management and governanceFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similarFamiliarity with agile methodologies and practicesStay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and technologiesFluent proficiency in German and English

Your profile matters!

Based on your qualifications, professional experience and the tasks that await you, we will agree on your actual salary. The minimum salary, depending on education, ranges from € 3.729 to € 4.270 gross per month (14 x p.a.) based on full-time employment (38,5 hours per week). Depending on your specific professional experience, there is a willingness to significantly overpay.
