What a typical day looks like:

Work with global cross-functional teams and perform team managementProvide simulation and digital control loop design expertise in fields: PFC, inverter, DCDC or battery management systemsCreate clear high-level SW Architectural design based on system and/or stakeholder requirementsDesign-in of Flex vertical integration architecture description involves the principles and practices of modeling and representing architectures, using mechanisms such as architecture description languages, architecture viewpoints, and architecture frameworksWork with cross-functional teams in defining requirements, risks and mitigation reviews, and ensure subsystem requirements meet system requirements and applicable quality and regulatory standardsFollow company disciplined product development process and participate in technical reviews, ensuring design and documentation traceability, and confirming that design outputs meet design inputsSystem bring-up, debug, validation, till to productionPublish software test plan and reportsMentor junior engineers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

University degree - preferably computer science, electronics or similarMinimum 7 years in Embedded SoftwareGood knowledge of power circuit ACDC, DCDC or DCAC control algorithm, including SVPWM algorithm, FOC algorithm, phase-shift PWM control, PID control and feedforward controlBuild the power circuit model, simulate and analyze the control algorithm with MATLAB simulinkPreferred AUTOSAR development (Microsar, Tresos, Basic & Application SW) experiencePreferred software development processes such as Automotive SPICEPreferred development experience in functional safety (ISO26262)Good communication and presentation skills in English and ChineseBe willing to travel in china and globally
