Job Description

The Sr Product Specialist leads sales activities for Cell Culture Cell Therapy & Supplements business units in the NY/East Midwest/East Canada sales territory. This position is essential in identifying fresh opportunities, accelerating sales, and maintaining current business partnerships to ensure seamless and natural growth. Applying your demonstrated sales acumen and market awareness, you will engage with customers through in-person meetings, teleconferences, and email exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

Hunt for new opportunities within the assigned territory using our diverse product portfolioDrive existing funnel opportunities to accelerate closure ratesDevelop and implement a detailed territory plan independentlyApply intelligence-based prospecting to identify potential opportunitiesPrioritize NPI prospects to improve adoption rates and revenue returnAct on marketing-qualified leads, converting them swiftly into new opportunitiesCollaborate with and influence Bioproduction Account Managers and Field Application Specialists to develop account growth strategiesQualify prospects and manage technical meetings to thoroughly complete Product BriefsEstablish relationships with key decision-makersInitiate product evaluations, coordinating activities with BAM and FASIdentify GEMBA opportunities and coordinate event activitiesAssist with strategy development and execution for sales and account planningAttend technical visits to manufacturing and R&D sitesServe as a trusted advisor for key contacts within accountsProvide post-sales product support and resolve product performance complaintsMaintain and improve technical knowledge on assigned product linesCounter customer preferences for competitor productsFoster the voice of customer feedback to the Business Units

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in the Sciences is required5 plus years of sales/cusomter facing experience in the Life Sciences or Bioproduction Industry, or Bench experience in the Bioproduction Space

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Missouri is $102,200.00–$131,150.00.
