Description About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Private Brand team at Amazon. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our product asset management processes and strengthening relationships with external partners. You'll drive efficiency, quality, and compliance while ensuring seamless product launches that deliver exceptional value to our customers. Key job responsibilities • Lead and optimize relationships with multiple external agencies supporting Private Brands' product assets • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for process optimization and workflow enhancement • Create and maintain robust performance tracking mechanisms • Drive successful product launches while ensuring quality and compliance standards • Conduct business reviews and develop meaningful metrics for process evaluation • Manage and optimize the end-to-end asset management lifecycle and lead continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate with labeling agencies, vendors, and labs to ensure timely delivery of assets • Analyze and categorize asset delays and testing failures to identify improvement opportunities Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program, product, compliance, or project management - Proven track record of analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights - Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication - Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments - Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to change - Fluent in English - Bachelor's degree in a related field Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree or PMP certification - Experience in product assets management or compliance - SQL or Python proficiency - Previous experience working with external agencies or vendors - Background in retail or e-commerce - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
