This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. If you're ready to support informed decision-making and drive innovation in our HR strategies, we invite you to bring your analytical thinking to a place where it can truly make an impact. **Your responsibilities** Global Mobility • Overall understanding of International Assignments and Cross-border moves. • Managing Expatriate Tax • Basic knowledge and understanding of Tax treaties, Social Security Agreements. • Reporting UK taxes for expatriates / short term business travelers • Hypo tax and Dual taxations • Tax re-conciliation, Tax compliance, social security and immigration matters associated with managing permanent transfers/ international assignments to and from countries - preferably across regions. • Business Visa travel tax and compliance • Internal Tax audit • Experience in managing stakeholders across geographies • Flexible working night shifts. Compliance and Confidentiality • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and adhere to privacy laws, local legislation, and company policies. • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management guidelines. • Interdepartmental Collaboration • Work closely with HR and payroll to resolve any discrepancies in employee data. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data management. • Process Improvement • Identify and suggest improvements in data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Engage in HR system improvement projects or data migration activities. Query Management • Respond to data-related queries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner. • Provide support and guidance on data management best practices. **The experience we're looking for** • Minimum requirement - BBA (Finance) or B.Com (Accounts) • Preferred - MBA (Finance) or M.Com (Accounts) • GMS Certification • 4-6 years of work experience in handling expatriate tax across countries • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage. • Have experience in Tax Consulting or Tax Advisory roles • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **The skills for success** Data and Analytics, HR Process Improvement; Process management; HR Process improvement, Storytelling; Data led storytelling, Strategic mindset, Digital literacy, HR Data Analsyis; Data management; Employee data management, Commercial accumen, Solutioning. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
