**Job Description:** Employer: Royal Appliance Manufacturing Company dba TTI Floor Care North America Title: Sr. Manager, IT Solution Delivery Location: 8405 IBM Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262 + Drive IT solutions across Finance, eCommerce, and Operations. + Launch and support business facing products and projects while leading cross-functional teams to create IT solutions. + Collaborate with business owners to develop business cases for project requests. + Translate business requirements to functional requirements, develop functional design in adherence with architecture standards and principles, and provide clarification of technical requirements as input for a dedicated technical development staff. + Understand and communicate the relationship between functional and technical requirements. + Make recommendations for future-state business processes. + Execution and implementation of project/program test plans. + Lead projects to evaluate, qualify, and select third party software, vendors, and/or service providers and provide recommendations. + Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements. + Manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. + Manages individual, team, and project productivity through the development and execution of work outlining specific tasks, target dates, staff responsibilities, and deliverables. + Supervise subordinate personnel including hiring, performance management, and initiating corrective and/or disciplinary actions.
