Sr. Facilities Coordinator - Tacoma area Job ID 219745 Posted 21-May-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Tacoma - Washington - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure complex work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management team, which focuses on the successful completion of client facility needs and requests. Good customer service is key in this role! **What You’ll Do:** + Directly communicate between client or landlord and various vendors by responding to client inquiries and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients. + Assist with processing vendor invoices, billing, expense reports and contract execution process. + Following up with vendors. + Support team with timely and efficient onboarding of incumbent staff. + Schedule repairs with vendors or technicians from work order requests + Review data from work order reports to determine performance and progress status. + Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. + Coordinate office and parking space allocation. + 40% in the field - visiting client sites. + Present information to an internal department and large groups of employees. + Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. + Evaluate and select solutions from established options. + Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. + Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + CMMS experience preferred. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. + Facilities experience highly preferred + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. **Washington Residents:** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $33.65 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
