2. 负责生产设备维护保养计划的制订与实施；

3. 负责起草设备操作的 WI 文件，编制现场培训文件；

4. 扎实的理论及实践基础，能为其他员工提供理论知识和实际操作方面的培训；

5. 充分利用内部和外部资源，推行全面的设备预防维护计划；

6. 协同、配合技术部门完成关键设备的校验或确认工作；

7. 熟悉与产品相关的文件，指导、监督团队按照文件要求从事一切生产活动；

8. 指导员工熟悉配料、灌装、包装生产设备的使用要求，保证产品达到质量要求；

9. 有清晰的产品质量意识，并能指导其他员工理解并严格执行质量要求；

10. 与公司技术部门合作解决产品实现过程中影响效率的关键问题；

11. 确保自己和团队的生产活动符合 FDA、ISO 等法律法规的要求；

12. 积极参与 DBS 改进项目，推动生产效率、产品质量、安全的不断提高；

13. 解决设备上存在的难点问题；

14. 完成主管安排的其它工作任务。
