The Senior Associate Brand Manager, Candy (Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish) is responsible for the end-to-end in-year delivery and strategic growth plans of the $0.7B Mondelēz Non-Chocolate Candy business. Candy is a top priority business and Mondelēz brands are a key driver of category growth.
How you will contribute
Working with internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners, you will lead critical campaigns and support the media plans and communication strategies across both brands. You will leverage insights and a consumer-centric approach to drive the growth of media KPIs and improve brand strength. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue share objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead (in collaboration with external agency partners and internal cross functional teams) the campaign development including OLVs and sweepstakes for new Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish launches
Manage the communication strategy and media plan for Sour Patch Kids platforms (Sour Patch Kids Fruits and Sour Patch Kids Seasonals); maximizing media ROI, amplifying on paid and organic social, reviewing shopper marketing materials, pitching partnerships, etc
Help lead, analyze, and support the delivery of the business plan and actively contribute media investment inputs into the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP)
Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization for graphic updates and inbound licensing projects - including financial/P&L analysis, post-launch tracking, etc
Independent analysis (utilizing Nielsen and other internal reporting supported by consumer insights) to develop a deep understanding of the consumer and category dynamics to inform winning, relevant strategies
Support annual brand budget planning while managing and overseeing the daily operations of the brand budget
Conduct a thorough analysis of Sour Patch Kids platform performance, competitive brands, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights to help drive growth.
Partner with sales to develop selling stories and foster partnership with key strategic customers

Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
