Sr. Art Director, Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab - Entertainment & Telecommunication
Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented and passionate Sr. Art Director to create first-class customer experiences both on and offline within the team dedicated to creating advertising solutions for Entertainment and Telco. Our team is focused on helping advertisers promote their brands in new ways on Amazon through creative and innovative solutions.

From inception through launch, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious data-driven concepts that translate needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, customer-focused solutions. You will be equally strong at concept and execution, articulating end-to-end experiences, and turning that vision into high-quality experiences. This could include user interface designs for voice and screen, interaction models, prototypes, and interactive advertising campaigns. You balance your passion for inspired, compelling, elegant, and intuitive designs with a highly analytical nature, precise execution, and a drive to design, build, and deliver.

Key job responsibilities
- Be customer obsessed. Think strategically.
- Partner with strategists, creative directors, copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives
- Concept, design, and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands
- Create campaigns under the guidance of creative directors, collaborating with internal teams, clients and external agency partners
- Deliver stellar art direction and high-quality designs for campaigns across different Amazon touch points
- In-depth understanding of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint
- Data-driven and obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers results
- Present ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and clients
- Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet tight deadlines
- Work through creative messaging feedback with Legal and PR

About the team
The TelEnt Brand Innovation Lab team is the internal team within Amazon Ads that creates one-of-a-kind campaigns and activations for global advertisers, like Universal Pictures, Disney, Warner Bros., Starz, Discovery, Lego, Mattel, Verizon, and AT&T. Using different products and services within the Amazon canvas (custom landing pages on Amazon.com, Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, TNF, etc.), we create campaigns that reach millions of Amazon customers across our digital channels and out in the real-world.
