【サマリー】
売上を増やし、利益を最大化するために営業活動を計画し、他部門との調整を行う。新規顧客開拓や新規アプリケーション開発を海外ビジネスも含め日本の主要顧客とのやり取りを行い、ビジネスの成長を目指す。

【職務内容】

主要顧客の担当者と緊密に連絡を取り、ニーズを特定し、技術的な説明を提供して、新規プロジェクトを獲得して売上を拡大する。

ビジネス上の課題に対して、顧客や社内他部門と日々コミュニケーションを行い、顧客のリクエストを踏まえてリードする。

代理店を管理して、新規案件を獲得し、既存ビジネスのシェアを拡大する。

顧客の需要予測や市場情報に精通し、精度の高い売上予測を立て、ビジネスプランを作成する。

フィールドアプリケーションエンジニアや開発部門、プロダクトマネージャー、生産部門等と連携して、顧客ニーズに対応する戦略的なカスタム製品の開発を行う。

【要件】

Windownsアプリケーションの知識

電子機器のEMI対策や熱マネジメントに関する基礎的な知識

電子機器や車載機器市場のトレンドや顧客のデザインプロセスに関する知識

顧客との交渉や関係維持、新規案件開拓のための営業スキル

英語と日本語の両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキル（メール文章や会話の両方）。（中国語も使えるとより役立ちます）

海外を含む出張を頻繁に行い、タスクを遂行する責任感

【教育/経験】

電子部品/電子機器分野での5年以上の営業経験（自動車関連の経験が望ましい）

ビジネスまたは工学の学士号またはそれに準ずる職務経験

図面、仕様などの関連情報から顧客の要件を理解し、顧客の問題を解決するためのソリューションを社内チームに提案できる。

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
