This position is contingent upon contract award

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government businessNotify in-country representatives of expected travel, attain country clearances and assist travelers with fulfilling screening requirements and attaining travel advisoriesEnsure compliance with all regulations and obtain the necessary approvalsCoordinate travel reservations for staff/contractors for airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodationsData entry of travel information into designated repository to maintain program level deployment recordsAssist in identifying known and unknown risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locationsCoordinate with external travel office entities to ensure itineraries, in-country transportation, and lodging align with scheduled deployment datesValidate incoming and outgoing personnel information to satisfy daily personnel reporting requirements

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s Degree with a thorough understanding of logistics associated with personnel deployments overseas preferredMinimum of 5+ years experience requiredTS/SCI with PolygraphSome travel required
