The Senior TSS Pharma Analytics will be responsible for the development and execution of Pharma Analytics Business (instruments and consumables) in the respective region: North and other territories in EMEA. The product portfolio includes validated molecular assays to analyse process- and product-related impurities and to detect microbial contamination in the Biopharma manufacturing environment, under cGMP conditions.

Working with the Business Unit partners, you will develop the business plan, set mid- and long-term objectives, sales and pricing strategies and customer happiness goals. The new colleague will operate in close collaboration with Account Management, Product Management and with Field Application Scientist teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and complete business objectives to continue and expand the adoption of Rapid Molecular Methods in Process Development, Production and QC.The role requires selling at all levels with the technical, manufacturing, and commercial partners.Together with the Business Manager, build and implement a plan for market development in the regionCompletes for all existing and develops new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or exceed targets.Provide accurate forecast and lost order reporting as well as competitive information on a regular basis.Ensures that all vital resources needed are used efficiently and successfully to increase our business.

People Specification:

Degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or equivalentMin 3-5 years previous experience in Sales position, preferably with domain knowledge from BioPharma / Pharma IndustryHighly organized individualConsistent record of achieving business objectives and measuring performance toward those objectivesSelf-motivated individual, capable of working in a pan-European teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsVery good command of English languageWillingness to travel extensively within the region
