Your role at Baxter

Responsible for performing engineering analysis, design, and verification of requirements, for small to medium projects and/or designated segments of larger complex projects. May guide other engineers on their technical issues, engage in design reviews, and help resolve problems of medium complexity.

What you'll be doing

Apply technical competencies and knowledge to solve problems of a routine nature or improve upon existing designs or processes.

Implement Change Requests (CR/CO’s) in the Agile PLM system, including detail design drawings, schematics, specifications, and bills of material.

Create or modifies Bill of Materials, schematics, or other design documentation.

Create comprehensive and well-crafted documentation to effectively capture and communicate designs.

Document status and results accurately and succinctly, and with purpose.

Applie critical thinking skills to resolve problems.

Encourage collaboration with seasoned professionals to enhance the excellence of the final outcomes.

Design and coordinates research and tests to validate, analyze, and solve technical problems.

Apply new technical tools and concepts under the direction of others.

Other duties may be assigned.

What you'll bring!!

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or local equivalent of same

2-7 years of experience in related roles

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.

Strong organization and communication skills.
