**Description and Requirements**
We areseekinga highly motivated **Senior Project Manager** to lead strategic initiatives across monetization, software experience, and cross-functional program execution. This individual willbe responsible fordriving operational excellence, aligning program goals with businessobjectives, andoptimizingproduct delivery through strategic process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has a strong background in technology, product management, and business operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Feature** **Monetization** **& Moto Things Execution:**
+ Lead program planning and execution of non-smartphone monetization strategies, including Moto Things initiatives. Drive alignment across product, business, and marketing teams to ensuretimelyand profitable delivery.
+ **Strategic UX & Software Feature Delivery:**
+ Manage end-to-end execution of software experience programs and key product differentiators. Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and product teams to ensure strategic features are prioritized and executed effectively.
+ **Unified Product Delivery Oversight:**
+ Establish and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end view of product delivery. Leverage platform synergies and standardization opportunities to enhance execution quality and speed.
+ **Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency:**
+ Identify, design, and implement critical process improvements. Drive operational efficiency and measurable cost savings across project lifecycles and business units.
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership:**
+ Facilitate cross-department collaboration to support exploration and landing of new business opportunities. Foster alignment among stakeholders in product, engineering, finance, marketing, and executive leadership.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’sdegree preferred).
+ 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the tech or consumer electronics industry.
+ Experience with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Power Bi, Google Data Looker Studio.
+ Experience with change management, budget / cost tracking and business case analysis.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
+ Expertisein process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
+ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
+ Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
+ Ability to take on new challenges and an excellent team player.
+ PMP certification a plus.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $135k - 170K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
