Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Product Manager leading the development of our tax compliance API product. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our solutions, leveraging your expertise in APIs to enhance the value we deliver to tax professionals. Your strategic vision and technical acumen will be key in driving product innovation and ensuring seamless integration for our clients. Additionally, you will oversee product integrations, both internally and externally, supported by our API infrastructure.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sr. Product Manager – APIs & Integrations, you will be responsible for:
Developing a strategic roadmap for API product development that aligns with market needs and company goals.Actively engaging with tax professionals, including the largest global tax and accounting firms, and stakeholders to gather insights and identify strategic problems to be solved.Collaborating with engineering, design, and sales teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new API product features and improvements.Managing the end-to-end API lifecycle, including internal and external communications regarding new APIs, new API versions, API enhancements and fixes, and version end-of-life (EOL).Maintaining detailed API documentation to support developers and usersWorking with support teams to resolve any issues related to API usage.Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance product performance.Defining and driving strategy for product integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality with internal systems and third-party applications.About You
You’re a fit for the role of Sr. Product Manager – APIs & Integrations if your background includes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.5 to 7 years of experience with technical background.Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on APIs.Strong technical background with expertise in API technologies, standards, and integrations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience with the tax industry or with tax compliance products is a plus.#LI-FZ1
