SUMMARY
The Manager, Sauna FP&A – Will act as the financial reporting partner for the Sauna 360 General Manager. This position will be responsible to update forecasts and budgets periodically, run monthly reports comparing actuals to forecast/budget/prior year, providing insight of business drivers and spotlight potential issues, as well as creating profitability models. They will track improvement/lean projects, build and distribute reports to the business, and work with those outside our department to help the company achieve financial results. This position requires very strong organizational skills; effective written and verbal communication skills; strong system skills, presentation skills, and supervisory skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)

Business Partner to General Manager – Sauna Complete Ownership & Continuous improvement of all areas of responsibility related to Sauna and potentially some overall Watkins Wellness: 1) Sauna Business/Project support & Business Liaison; 2) Forecasting, reporting, and analysis for Net Sales, Cost of Sales, and Margins (product, channel, Geography, etc.); 3) P&L Segmentation; 4) Sales Model (SAP or Adaptive); 5) TCP; 6) team player including backing up other areas of Finance. Execution without management oversight.Project-like ownership of portions of the budget and forecast process, including driving assigned areas to completionCreate and/or maintain reports in Excel, Workday Adaptive, SmartView/Hyperion, Oracle or other ERP, and other systems, from simple to more complexProvide financial support and general business acumen to various levels of management across all functional departments. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, as well as a CPA and/or graduate degree in business management, is preferred. A minimum of 7 years as a Senior level Analyst with leadership experience leading projects with multiple team members or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
COMPUTER AND OTHER SKILLS
Advanced MS Excel knowledge is a must. Experience with ERP systems. Experience with SAP BPC, Hyperion, and/or other Enterprise Performance Management Tool products is a plus. Must be able to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary. Able to present information to a group of co-workers, supervisors, managers or higher-level executives.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong verbal and written communication skills. The individual must be able to interface with co-workers, internal departments, service providers, and customers in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, owner’s operating manual, and service procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills and education. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $145,000 and $165,000 annually.
