As Sr Channel Sales Manager at the Country Channel Management Team in Thermo Fisher Scientific Korea, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and supporting the expansion of our current business operations.

What will you do?

Develop and drive strategic plans to optimize channel performance and improve revenue by working closely with commercial sales leaders to ensure an effective channel interface required to achieve financial goals.

In close collaboration with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy to ensure smooth and efficient business operation and growth, balance direct, indirect/ e-business

Assess performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth.

Build balanced relationships with key channel partners, set objectives and develop programs and marketing initiatives to build great outcome for everyone competence, achieve targets and improve performance.

How will you get there?

[Education]

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life science, biology or equivalent.

[Experience]

7+ years of proven experience ideally in the Life Sciences industry as sales or marketing dealing with major channel partners and distributors in Korea.

Required channel management experience, preferably in Korea.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple collaborators in a complex matrix environment being comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting goals.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and influence others to move projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient at MS tools like Excel and PPT possessing good presentation skills.
