Be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Engineering team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture and fabrication of Aerospace Wheels & Brakes. Using your technical background, you will be assigned as the primary process owner for the Manufacturing Execution Systems, digital infrastructure, and Operational Technology at the site. As the process owner, you will become the subject matter expert and application owner of the manufacturing execution system (MES) with responsibility to maintain the application and ensure the objectives and operational requirements are completed. You will add value to the business by addressing MES incidents impacting operations, introducing process definition and improvements, and the development and implementation of strategic road maps related to manufacturing technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tManage the production environment manufacturing execution system
•\tTroubleshoot MES application issues
•\tCreate, update, and manage reports using MES tools
•\tCreate, update, and manage MES worksheet logic using C#
•\tSystem administrator managing environment hosting MES including VMs, FWRR, SUN access, certificates, etc.
•\tTake preventative measures to avoid and address incidents impacting the business
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to define business requirements and system goals
•\tParticipate in the design of information and operational support systems
•\tProvide input and ownership into the strategic road maps related to Operational Technology
•\tEnsure operational readiness with flawless launch of new systems, technologies, and services into production
•\tEstablish and manage reporting needs, KPIs, and dashboards for measurement of operation success
•\tInterface with applicable vendors and infrastructure teams to maintain system/environment stability
•\tProcess definition and driving technical solutions that meet sustainability objectives
•\tTraining personnel on applications and systems

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience required
WE VALUE
• Greenbelt certified or knowledge of Six Sigma tools
• Knowledge of C#, python programming language
• Familiar with SQL databases, Servers, PLCs, Networks, Ignition, SCADA, MES
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
