Specialist Sanitation

Make It With Pride.** In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation. **How you will contribute** You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Scientific grounding in food safety science + Passion and desire for technical area and a continuous improvement mentality **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** + Leading the designing of the plant’s HACCP, Sanitation, Pest Management, and other food safety relevant Programs and ensuring the implementation to ensure all food safety requirements compliance. + Advise and assist operations with clean-ups, troubleshoot and correct issues that hinder timely completion of sanitation tasks, while maintaining Mondelez Sanitation program. + Partnering with different stakeholders to ensure the compliance with MDLZ food safety standards as well as FSSC22000. + Working closely with engineering team ensuring compliance to hygienic design requirements. + You will support elements of the site’s quality system,including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation,internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Ensure full compliance of GMP requirements on plant level. + Ensure the completion of routine and periodic cleaning sanitation activities. + Conduct internal and external audits for Sanitation compliance + Creating required Sanitation SOP and instruction based on MDLZ requirements and supervising the implementation as per the required plans. + Supervising all Pest control program requirements on the site. + Must be able to support sanitation training needs. + Interact with engineering, contractors, and vendors as necessary. + Communicate and coordinate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance on corrective actions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. + Have strong time management skills + HACCP knowledge + Support IL6S program **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's Degree (Food Science, Science or engineering related field preferred) **Job specific requirements:** + 0-2 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems in FMCG industry + Experience in the use of statistical concepts in the control of manufacturing operations + Ability to analyze data, proven record demonstrating ability to effectively problem solve + Strong Continuous Improvement mindset and Project leadership skills + Strong communication skills and a desire to coach and develop a team through one-on-one conversations No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan serves the Middle East and Africa markets as well as Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
