Specialist - Insurance Operations

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Specialist - Insurance Operations. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our risk management initiatives by developing dashboards, generating reports, and collaborating with cross functional teams. You will have the opportunity to grow into the role while contributing to the overall success of our risk management strategies.

We will count on you to:

Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to present risk related data in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.Generate regular reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations related to risk management for the global director and other stakeholders.Work closely with cross functional teams, including finance, compliance, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Assist in developing and refining risk models to quantify potential impacts and probabilities of various risk scenarios.Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by the global director or other senior management to address specific risk related questions or concerns.Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices, maintaining data integrity and security throughout the analysis process.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics and risk management, seeking opportunities to enhance analytical processes and methodologies.

What you need to have:

2-5 years of relevant professional experience (not necessarily in insurance).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
