We are the Hardware Platforms Group in the Computational System Infrastructure Global technology stream. We are a bunch of highly motivated and skilled engineers that love our work and use our creativity and tools to design, develop and maintain a strong HW and SW infrastructure for the Embedded System that is scalable, affordable and allows quick development and installation of functionalities.

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring genuine interest in design and development of Electrical and Electronic (EE) Platforms. You are someone that is willing to work “hands –on” in applying the knowledge and experimenting.

 

You will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally to specify the technical requirements for the ECU HW, with the Feature Leaders and End-User Function Owners. You will work closely with both the internal and external stakeholders, such as Tier-1 business partners, Verification and Validation Engineers, Purchasing, Production and After-market teams

On a typical day, you will:

Specify technical requirements and specifications for the EE HW Platform Involved in interaction and alignment with Tier-1 business partners Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, such as Production, After-market, Verification Engineers, Feature Leaders etc. At the rig or truck, testing your concepts, troubleshooting and proactively fixing the observations Communicating with your colleagues around the world Functional Safety and Cybersecurity process management for the responsible areas Securing right quality and balancing it with the cost targets

 

Essential skills and experience

Master’s/Bachelor’s in Electronics engineering, Electrical engineering or similar Strong and proven experience in SIPD (Supplier involvement in Product development) management 7-12 years of relevant experience in Automotive EE development Working knowledge on ISO26262 Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Know-how on communication protocols like Ethernet, CAN, LIN etc. Experience in SAFe and Agile development tools like Jira, Confluence etc. Involved in technical discussions and concept evaluations. Create roadmaps and follow up on their deliveries. Involved in Negotiations and commercial aspects Owns QDCF of supplier delivery Fluent in written and spoken English
