Overview:
The Specialist of Account Level Management (ALM) Product Management will be responsible for the set-up, ongoing monitoring and performance reporting required to support Global ALM custom processing. This Specialist will work closely with the Global ALM Product Manager who partners with our internal stakeholders responsible for the client relationships and the regional product team identifying any new custom requests leveraging ALM to manage the product type, benefits and economics at the portfolio or cardholder level. This role will require the candidate to maintain a report to track the cyclical timing of each custom request ensuring accuracy for all aspects of the custom deal. At times, there may also be a need as the subject-matter-expert to troubleshoot and resolve any ALM inquiries or reported defects related to a contract. This candidate should have the ability to collaborate across a diverse group of internal stakeholders & regional partners, effectively manage multiple priorities and demands, and possess a deep understanding of transaction processing & the credit card industry.
Role:
The Specialist for ALM Product Management will work closely with the Global ALM Product Manager ensuring the end-to-end management and maintenance involved in the customer processing solutions provided to our customers through Account Level Management (ALM), currently in the US Region. This includes the set-up, on-going monitoring of desired results and performance reporting demonstrating the success and accuracy of the desired outcome as agreed to in the client contracts. The Specialist will work closely with the Global ALM Product Manager partnering with our regional leads in the North America Market as they manage through multiple interactions with Account Teams solidifying contract details. This person should be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and be detail oriented. The role will be based in Pune, India, but will assist with on-going product management globally as needed where the ALM solutions are live and available to customers.
\tData entry, monitoring & analysis for custom issuer portfolio segmentations & transaction treatment on demand through constant partnership with US Consumer Credit Product & Global Account Solutions Teams.
\tWork closely with the Global ALM Product Manager who partners with our internal stakeholders responsible for the client relationships including the regional product team as they identify any new custom requests leveraging ALM to manage the product type, benefits and economics at the portfolio or cardholder level.
\tMaintain a report to track the cyclical timing of each custom request ensuring execution accuracy for all aspects of the business request outlined in the client contract(s).
\tSelects and monitors performance metrics in partnership with the Global Product Manager that assess custom population performance, revenue, and lifecycle, for all unique segmentations, providing this data to US Credit Product Team & Global Account Solutions Team, as needed, including tracking any modifications that may be required based on contract expirations and/or renegotiations.
\tPrepares data for any audits necessary throughout the ALM processing cycles.
\tWorks with the US Credit Product Team & Global Account Solutions leadership teams to determine any custom processing training and knowledge sharing required to ensure deals are constructed in such a way that there can be an error free environment & advocates for a continuous support model engagement across the Customer Support Teams in partnership with US Product.
\tPartner with Director of Global Account Level Management for NAM to learn & understand the ALM services underpinned in all regions to ensure cross pollination of knowledge throughout the Global ALM Team.
All About You
Education:
•\tBachelor’s Degree in business, finance, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience or Product Development or Project Management certification (i.e., PMP, PPM, PDMA or NPDP)
•\tConfluence, Tableau and Domo experience preferred
Skills/Experience:
•\tExperience working effectively with partners across other functions in support of key deliverables and product go-to market strategies
•\tExperience developing reports and preliminary insights based on complex analysis customer data
•\tWorking knowledge of product management, product planning, project management & financial services (preferred)
•\tWorking knowledge of card industry (desirable)
•\tAbility to effectively collaborate in a geographically distributed environment
•\tAbility to effectively manage multiple functions & priorities
•\tAbility to digest complex ideas and organize them into executable tasks
•\tMaster of time management, organization, detail orientation, task initiation, planning and prioritization
