Responsibilities

Payment problems resolution (investigation and improvement) - WebcyclesOversee periodic pricing updates provided by suppliers for entry to ERP system Internal stakeholder management and Collaboration with Global Procurement Operations Center (GPOC)Create and maintain purchasing documents in Axalta’s systemsVendor Master management: create, maintain and approve suppliers in Axalta’s systemsCost savings & DPO (payment terms) opportunity assessmentSelect Supplier through RFP & Evaluation ProcessNegotiate with suppliers on price, terms & conditions, MOQ, lead-times and service levelse-Sourcing and catalog managementSourcing and category management for tail spend subcategoriesWork closely with leadership to data mine, develop and implement sourcing strategiesProvide analysis & strategy for competitive procurement, research, sourcing, risk mitigation, and contract managementAd hoc Project management

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor´s degree preferred2+ years of tactical and analytical support experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations or comparable discipline.Project management experience is a plus.Fluent spoken and written Spanish and EnglishStrong systems skills including Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience in an Enterprise Resource Planning System such as SAP R3/S4 is favoredTeamwork and Collaboration skills and self-starterCapability to analyse, develop & transfer internal demands into beneficial contract solutionsStrong problem-solving capabilitySuperior communication skillsGood commercial negotiatorService-oriented mindset, with a desire to ensure client satisfactionDesire and aptitude to develop and advance in the professional procurement function
