Sourcing Project Manager – USA West Region Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is part of Honeywell Building Automation. HBS Install Projects focuses on new building contracts for Building Management Systems, Fire Detection Solutions, Security Systems, HVAC, Heating and Boilers, and Water Pumps. This position aims to strengthen our contractor base by finding, onboarding, and developing contractors to ensure competitive solutions for electrical and mechanical installations in verticals such as Datacenters, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Buildings, EV Battery Plants. The ideal candidate will have experience in this dealing with electrical and mechanical contractors on new project sites, have procurement and negotiation expertise, and may also have estimating or project management experience for these types of jobs. Working procurement awards between $500K to $10M. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing on a Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. Preferred location: Houston, Phoenix or LA, supporting the west coast. Central or West coast time zone preferred. The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $82,00 - $110,000.
