\n\n\nDevelop a quality culture that champions a delightful customer experience.\nEnsure teams can efficiently deliver high-quality software to all markets.\nEngage early in the testing process to validate customer use cases and achieve full automation.\nAutomate the release process to save human effort, reduce mistakes, and accelerate overall delivery.\nWork with a technology stack that includes Selenium, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Jira, TestRail, Python, Jenkins, Nomad, and Docker.\nParticipate in a collaborative culture with ample opportunities to improve software quality.\n\n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\n\nDesign test plans and test cases for web applications\nFind, triage, and document bugs worth fixing\nConduct ad-hoc and scripted manual tests\nConvert manual test cases into automated cases in an existing framework using Python or JavaScript\nInvestigate test failures and customer reports using your technical understanding of the product and tools (such as logs) to narrow down repro issues steps and isolate the root problem\nEnsure the product is tested at the appropriate level (unit vs integration vs end to end, API vs UI), reducing unnecessary test cases, intermittent failures, and decreasing execution time.\nDrive quality processes like bug triage, releases decisions, and feature completion criteria\n\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n\nBachelor's degree in a technical field such as IT, Engineering, Math, Physics or similar with Computer Science coursework or minor. Computer science degree accepted but not required.\n2-4 years of coding experience with any programming language (prefer in Python/JavaScript)\n2-4 years of experience working as part of a team\nFamiliar with front-end technologies, or REST web services and/or constructing basic database queries\nFamiliarity with software testing concepts and tools is a plus\n\n\n
