Your role and responsibilities

In this role, We are seeking a skilled Full Stack DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps, Python coding and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, cloud services, and full-stack DevOps workflows.The work model for the role is : #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore Southfield, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:DevOps & Cloud (Azure Focused)• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and Azure Services. Implement security best practices, access control, and governance policies in Azure.Automation & Scripting• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations. Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts to manage cloud resources.• Automate build, deployment, and post-deployment validation processes. Integrate DevOps tools with Azure, including secrets management and service authentication.Full Stack Development & DevOps• Work on backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django). Develop and optimize database queries (SQL, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB).• Contribute to microservices development, containerization, and orchestration. Implement performance monitoring and optimization strategies for applications.Collaboration & Best Practices• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to improve workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in pipelines, deployments, and cloud environments.

Qualifications for the role

\tEducation & Experience : BE/BTech – Computer Science or with similar discipline \t3+ Years of experience with below expertise:\tProficiency in Azure DevOps – pipelines, repositories, artifact management, and releases. \tStrong Python coding skills – for automation, scripting, and backend development. \tExperience with Azure services – AKS, ACR, App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking. \tHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.\tCI/CD expertise – automating builds, testing, and deployments. \tContainerization knowledge – Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred). Experience in monitoring & logging – Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK. \tUnderstanding of networking concepts – VNet, VPN, Load Balancers, DNS, and security best prac tices. Experience with Git and Git-based workflows
