This role offers hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, helping you strengthen your coding, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while contributing to impactful, real-world solutions. **Essential Functions:** • Collaborate with engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of a mentor. • Participate in code reviews and team meetings. • Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software issues. • Contribute to documentation and technical specifications. • Learn and apply best practices in software engineering. **Qualifications:** **Basic qualifications:** • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or C/C++. • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Eagerness to learn and take initiative. • Access to transportation to our Moon Township, PA office. **Preferred qualifications:** • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. • Exposure to web development frameworks. • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
