Software Engineer II

Summary:

As a Software Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining and developing web applications for RXPH and automating processes. You will contribute to the full software development life cycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and make a significant impact in our organization.

 

Accountabilities:

Maintain and develop various enhancements for the existing RXPH web application (Unity)Collaborate with different teams in gathering requirements.Administrative and Technical Documentation (Code, Architecture, Change, Bugs etc)Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.Work with complex data design / models.Analyze and maintain existing workflows and applicationsConduct root cause analysis (RCA) on technical inquiries/requests Keep updated of new trends in technology Automate workflow / processes with the use of any required tech stack as see fit.

 

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in building software web applications (Frontend & Backend)Must possess a bachelor’s degree in any field Moderate to advanced skills in Python and Django Web FrameworkIntermediate to advanced knowledge of DB Query Languages in MS SQL /PostgreSQL Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Basic knowledge in using CI/CD environments (e.g., GITLab, GitHUB pipeline) (optional)  Excellent documentation skillsExperience in using power apps is a plusAbility to learn quickly, check details, meet deadlines, grasp product and process for business requirementsFamiliarity of AWS is a plus most especially EC2, RDSExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern Open to work on a flexible mid shiftStrong critical thinking skills
