Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.33346)

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

1. Building and supporting scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure on public cloud platforms: OCI, AWS, Azure or GCP;

2. Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud network architectures, DNS, Routing Rules, Load Balancers; Security, SSL, Certificates; Automation using Terraform;

3. High level programming language: Python, Java, Golang, BASH scripting, and JavaScript;

4. Telemetry, observability, and analytics tool/applications: ELK, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk;

5. Linux systems management;

6. Defining & building Docker images;

7. Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies and practices;

8. Using and building CI/CD pipelines with git-based repositories;

9. Networking technologies: SDN, routing, switching, IP addressing, DNS, Load balancers; and

10. Security and fault tolerance.
