Primary Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of solution configurations for new clientele, pursuant to NCR Voyix’s standards.Configure and scale solutions for broad deployment.Execute comprehensive testing and validation of Aloha software functionalities, ensuring alignment with implementation and deployment benchmarks.Oversee client site configurations via the Aloha Configuration Center and NCR Back Office, facilitating store launches, POS upgrades, or change in ownership scenarios.Identify and address configuration challenges during the client onboarding phase.Partner with the Deployment team to ensure a fluid and cohesive deployment cycle for clients.Maintain meticulous records of projects and tasks, with detailed notes and subsequent steps, utilizing platforms like Quickbase, Salesforce, under guidance from leadership.Innovate and refine processes to elevate operational efficiency within the Deployment team through process development and optimization efforts.Provide pivotal support to internal teams throughout the project life cycle.Additional job-related tasks and duties may be assigned as needed.Skills and Qualifications
Strong command of the English language, in verbal and written forms.Minimum 3 years of in-depth experience with Aloha systems.Minimum 3 years of proven management experience.Competent in database management and Windows OS environments, or comparable proficiency.Demonstrable ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Skilled in handling multiple software tools, notably the NCR Voyix suite, with a track record of successful software configuration projects.Knowledgeable in CRM applications like Salesforce and QuickBase for project monitoring and updates.Expertise in executing configuration adjustments in Aloha products in alignment with client specifications for promotions, pricing changes, etc.Adept at identifying and troubleshoot issues, with escalation skills as necessary.Responsible for the complete execution of project plans.Strong team collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse and international team members.Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements within the team.Readiness to step in for team members during peak periods or in case of staffing challenges.Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.Work Schedule
Post-training, work hours will be tailored to meet client demands. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, amounting to a 40-hour workweek.
